I hired Ms Trinh Pham Le to work as a nanny in our home approximately four years ago, and I would certainly recommend her work today. Trinh showed responsibility while taking care of my only son, Brody, and in keeping the house in working order during her 2 year employment. She was polite, very trustworthy and caring while caring for him.
It is clear to me that working as a nanny is one of her passions. She loves working with children, and I see this manifest in her creative ideas for activities and patience. When he came to work for us, Brody was under 5 months old and she stayed with us until we left Vietnam approximately 2 years later. She kept him engaged, happy and most importantly, safe.
Her communication skills were too notch when compared to others that I interviewed.
She asked questions and lent information to help her make the best decision for Brody and his well being.
Ultimately, Trinh Pham Le is an excellent nanny because she is trustworthy with your children and your home in general. She was always on-time and I has never known her not to be forthcoming and honest. We continue to keep in contact today, and I would highly recommend her services to any of my friends living or visiting Vietnam.

We were in Saigon for 2 months and Trinh took care of our 9 month old son. Trinh is always on time and took really good care of our son. My first worries were gone very quickly after I saw how she interacts with our son and how much he likes her. We were really glad to find her so that we had a few hours off now and then.

I'd like to recommend my nanny Trinh ( Saigon Hcmc Babysitter ). We are leaving next Friday, but Trinh has taken amazingly good care of our toddler for the 3.5 months we have been in HCMC. She is gentle, calm, creative and patient and my little girl took to her very quickly and they formed a lovely bond.
Trinh is now looking for part time or short term nanny/babysitting work. Ideally she'd love to help families on holiday either in HCMC or accompanying travel in Vietnam. She has been wonderful when out and about with us as a family - getting the balance right between stepping in and standing back. Trinh has done overnight stays for 5-6 nights at a time when I had to travel overseas for work and my husband had oddly timed shifts.
I also think that Trinh would make an excellent short term nanny while families are settling in to HCMC and recruiting their own long term nanny. We found it so helpful to have a Vietnamese speaker on our side!

Trinh has worked for our family for a total of nearly 4 years. She started with us when our son was only a few weeks old and from that day onwards proved to be reliable and trustworthy. She has been excellent with our son and spent many hours playing with him and reading to him. He loved having her around and knows he can trust her. As did we. We would use Trinh as an evening babysitter as well if we wanted to go out and if our son woke up we knew she’d know what to do to either get him back to sleep of to keep him feeling safe until we arrived home.
We have no hesitation in recommending Trinh to anyone looking for a short term or long term nanny. She is very friendly and can fit in around the family needs as required.
In addition, we trusted Trinh with finances for the house and taking care of the daily issues that arise in Vietnam. All in all she was a valuable member of the family.

I am grateful to Trinh for taking care of my son David (who was 17 months old at that time) for 4 days while we visited Saigon.
It was an amazing experience. She did everything just the way we like, was always punctual and respected baby's schedule.

Highly recommend Trinh to babysit your precious ones. Our 3 year old loved Trinh and is still talking about her a week later. We felt very comfortable leaving our daughter in Trinh’s care while we enjoyed a couple of date nights and tours in wonderful Saigon. Trinh has a wonderful personality and did an awesome job while taking care of our 2,5 year old daughter. She had some toys, books and pens with her for an evening full of fun and activity. Our daughter loved her from the very first minute. And we felt very good and had no worries at all the whole evening. Well deserved 5 stars - we highly recommend Trinh‘s service!
